Discount Rates
We offer the following discount rates. Please note that the discount rates are applied AFTER you place your order. The "Total Due" you will see in the invoice will be the list price without the discount. After we receive the order, your invoice will be adjusted and discounts will be applied before charging your credit card. (discount rates do not apply to the style numbers ending with "ND" ND stands for No Discount);
5% off for orders over $250
10% off for orders over $500
15% off for orders over $1000
Shipping and General Policies:
Shipping matrix according to UPS is as follows:
Our wholesale sunglasses business is located in Miami, Florida (FL). Therefore, if you are in FL you will receive your order in 1 business day. So you can order Thursday and get the merchandise on Friday ready for the weekend. (Next day!).
If you are in AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, KY, WV, VA, DC and parts of MD you will receive your orders in 2 business days! Order Wednesday and receive by Friday.
If you are in LA, MS, AR, MO, IL, IN, MN, MI, OH, PA, NJ, DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, ME, VT, Southeast NY and East and Houston area TX you will receive your order in 3 business days. Order Tuesday and receive by Friday.
If you are in OK, KS, IA, SD, ND, WI, AK, Rest of TX, East NE, North NY, and Los Angeles, Irvine Counties and San Diego area CA you can receive your orders in 4 business days. If you order on Monday you can receive your order by Friday same week.
If you are in NM, AZ, CO (most), MT, OR, rest of CA, OR, South and East WA you can receive your orders in 5 business days.
Customers in rest of the states should receive their orders in 5-7 days.
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically added to the grand total of your order. We ship using UPS, we have a discounted rate with UPS due to our shipping volume. Shipping to Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be only via USPS priority mail. No COD payments accepted from Virgin Island and Puerto Rico orders. Orders received before 3:00pm EST are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. However during peak season orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being received. All international orders will be shipped using USPS. Sunglass Star Inc. reserves the right to substitute products with similar or better quality products for the sold out, out of stock or discountinued items. Customers can return the substitute products back to us within 5 business days for a refund of the actual product cost plus the return shipment cost of not more than $5 per order. Exchange Policy
We (www.SunglassStar.com) offer the best-selling styles in the business. However, we do understand that certain styles don't sell as well in your area as they might elsewhere. If you purchase a style that you can't sell, you can return the full dozen for an exchange up to 20 days after receipt of the sunglasses. Please review the simple instructions below to see if you qualify.All wholesale sunglasses merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition as follows: in distinctive original box with no markings plastic sleeves on all glasses no tags cut off must be in full dozens Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Sunglass Star Inc. for exchanges. All other merchandise being exchanged must be in brand new condition, just as we shipped. This does include the same packaging as well! Please allow 1-2 weeks for all exchanges.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund. All claims must be made 5 business days after receipt of the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we shipped. When returning an order or merchandise, there is NO RESTOCKING FEE. However shipment costs to and/or from customers are not refundable. If you have any questions, or concerns before you order please make sure and ask. A return can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks until we issue a refund. Please be 100% sure you want your order before placing it. We very rarely have problems with any of our merchandise! Please know that we do offer the highest quality of products to all our customers.Products with manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise there is nothing we can due in the matter as its a company policy. Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the carrier driver (i.e. contact UPS directly at 1-800-Pick UPS) to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. | SALES TAX: |
| All orders shipped to a Florida address must pay 7% Florida Sales Tax unless you have a valid Florida Tax ID and Annual Resale Certificate. Please fax us your updated Tax ID and Resale certificate at the beginning of each Calendar year. This is required by the IRS. |
PAYMENT: |
| All sales are to be C.O.D. or prepaid by cash, money orders, cashiers check or credit card. All credit card payments will be confirmed with the issuing bank. |
LIMITED WARRANTY: |
| All products sold are warranted by the Company to the original purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship. No coverage on damaged caused by alteration, misuse, abuse or accident. SHIPPING DAMAGES: |
| Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (UCL/GoldCoast/UPS/USPS etc.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. |
PROMPT DISPOSITION: |
| The Company will make a good faith for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product, which proves to be defective within warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call the Company for approval. If the product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with the carrier. |
