Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Are these items originals or fake?
A: Absolutely not. Wholesale sunglasses we sell are called generic sunglasses. They are not name brand sunglasses. All of the wholesale sunglasses we sell are made in China (some of them are made in Taiwan) and they are for wholesale generic sunglasses market.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs provided by UPS by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice before you confirm and and pay for your order. Please note that we give free shipping for the customers with business addresses in state of FL.
